Anti Sexual Harassment Toolkit

Every person who works in theater has the right to work safely.

Since late 2017, the League of Independent Theater has partnered with the Let Us Work project (led by Rachel Dart) to develop a toolkit to help guide independent theaters to work safely, without fear of abuse or harassment.

This toolkit was drafted by League-member Aimee Todoroff with contributions from Rachel Dart, Chris Harcum, Emilyn Kowaleski, Akia Squitieri, and Guy Yedwab.

It is intended as a living document, and we welcome your feedback and input to continue to evolve and grow as it is applied.
